Perfect Florence Getaway

We had the best experience at Residenza Alessandra! It is in a great location within Florence - close to the Arno river, tourist spots, and great shopping. There was plenty of space within the room, bathroom, and loft above. The hospitality was great and every one was so kind to help us - including local dinner recommendations! We can't recommend this place enough!

The managerial staff greeted us and showed us where our room was (in another building about 15ft from main hotel). The room was amazing, clean, and modern. The bed was comfy, the bathroom/shower was amazing, and there is a loft. The staff was very helpful and responsive to questions, and gave recommendations. Wifi in the room was good.

This is a fantastic property - especially for a family. It is well appointed and has a great use of space. It is in a terrific location. The staff was wonderful. It is a great mix of modern convenience and old world charm. Photos online do not do the property justice. Far better in person. Would definitely highly recommend and will book again when we return to Florence. Have already recommended to friends planning a trip.

It is a beautifully appointed apartment in a street off the main “strip” in Florence. Very close to the Ponte Vecchio, and easy walking to all other sites. It’s in an extremely old building (I think they said 16th century). Definitely recommend it. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, bellissimo!!
