This was an excellent hotel. Extremely clean, comfortable, and in a great location. My husband and I used this hotel as a base to visit the national park and Cleveland. The entire facility was clean, inside and out. All of the staff were personable and friendly. Breakfast and coffee was kept replenished, despite there being a LOT of people that I suspect normally would have been gone, but hung around waiting for roads to clear.
