Refrigerator didn’t work well for the whole 5 days (they couldn’t/didn't fixed)
I wish they had a clothes hanger for wet clothes (beach towels swim wear or just washed clothes)

Great location! Beautiful view from our room! Lots of stairs but to be expected in this location! Only concern was that they told is to get room cleaning we must vacate between 10-12. We can back at 1pm to rest before our afternoon activity and the room was not made up and we had to leave again so they could clean.

Miscommunications - they said it has washer and dryer, which was not; Out of order heater. It was cold but the air heater didn't wirk; Broken shower head, leaking water every where. Thought i made a wrong decision!

The property is well located in good proximity to shops and restaurants. The hosts communicated quickly and pleasantly on what's app. The room was comfortable enough. We would've appreciated more than one pillow. It was also very noisy at night. I'm not sure where the noise was coming from but someone was rearranging furniture at almost midnight. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The apt was an advertised photos were accurate and the location was great. The staff I spoke to on the phone and on line were great they were able to answer all my questions and my stay was great. I would recommend the apt to anyone.

The room is far nicer with daylight through several doors, opening to large private terrace plus small terrace overlooking piazza; the photo does not do justice at all.
The location was very convenient in the beautiful town; be aware that taxis may drop you “nearby”, leaving you to find Al Duomo! When found, the street entrance has beautiful ceramics.
The emails from the operators were timely and clear with door entry codes, etc. However, there was no sign of any common area and no sign of human help on-site.
Taormina was terrific. Weather was hot (89F/31C in early September) so the Public Garden was a real highlight, along with the Greek theater and the astonishing Mediterranean.

Would not recommend
The location was great. The problems were on the inside. The room had so many ants and the air conditioning barely worked. Our fridge didn’t work at all for the entirety of our stay. The lights in the room are all bare light bulbs with no lampshades whatsoever. Truly bizarre.
The ants were so bad we woke up in the morning to ants crawling on us in the bed.
Overall terrible value for the price paid. Would not recommend or stay here again. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that it is in a great location.
