When booking with Expedia, we felt that we were not given the same service as those that booked with the resort. We were brought to another counter on the opposite side of the lobby, and it took quite a while to check in. We ended up having to switch rooms as the first room was not what we expected described on the website when booking. It was difficult to book reservations to restaurants, until we ‘tipped’ the staff. Unfortunately, my mother in law got sick the last 2 days of our trip- she ended up getting salmonella, requiring treatment. Overall, we did enjoy most of our trip, but there definitely is room for improvement.
