I am writing to share my recent experience at the Hampton Inn, where I stayed for two nights. My family and I have stayed at this location many times since it opened, but unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing.
I use a wheelchair and had requested a room with a roll-in shower, but upon arrival on Tuesday evening, I was told none were available. The front desk agent was kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room above the front desk, which was spacious and comfortable. However, starting at 9 p.m., there was constant loud banging from the room above. I called the front desk twice and was told the guests would be notified, but the noise continued throughout the night, and I was unable to sleep.
The following night, I requested a different room. While this room was quiet, it had a very strong odor of old urine. Because it was late and I was exhausted, I did not request another change, but the smell made for another unpleasant night.
Overall, my stay was not satisfactory and fell well below the standard I have come to expect from Hampton Inn. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as I would like to continue staying at this location in the future.
