Carpeting was dirty and looked un-vacuumed. Security doors were unlocked and falling apart.

It was okay . But the fridge made a noise all day & night , the housekeeper didn’t do a good job by cleaning the bathroom they left dirty used towels hanging on the shower from the last quest

The hotel is not up to date. The shower makes a terrible noise. The whole place smells like smoke. I wouldn't recommend this place. A dog was barking one night.

This is an older hotel so I can understand some things but when the room clearly wasn’t vacuumed that’s different. I think this property is ok for traveling workers that just want a place to crash. We were in a non smoking room and I kept smelling smoke. I finally found a pile of cigarette butts behind the bedside table. We left early because my daughter is allergic to smoke. The front desk people were nice & I hope they read this and understand even with an older property you can wipe and vacuum and it goes a long way. Please sweep by the stairs on the side farthest from the door.

It was safe, comfy, and quiet, a nice stay. There were a few crumbs on the carpet in the room when we checked in, but they immediately took care of it. Mistakes happen, but they were quick to correct.

This is an old hotel in dire need of renovation. The lobby was presentable but the room was not. The bed skirts weren't tucked in, the floors were dirty electrical outlets are worn out and the lamp between the beds didn't work. I moved to plug to a different outlet and got it to work. The pillows were not comfortable and the sheets were worn.

I usually dont like to give bad ratings but I had to address the issues for this stay. This hotel has potential but first you have to invest in an older hotel if you wish to keep it open. The first issue is the cleanliness. The window curtain had a nasty ridiculous stain very noticeable. The floor was sticky. The toilet did not flush properly. The maintenance guy came and plunged but the problem was not resolved. I did not like that my guests and I had to turn in a set of towels before getting new ones. We had 4 in our room. The towels were very dingy and had spots just didn't look clean. The mattresses were not good at all very sunken and not firm. The air conditioner was not cooling properly. The console furniture wood distorted just needed to be replaced with new console. The light switch covers needed to be replaced they were not covered in bathroom. We finally were transferred to a new room after still having toilet issues. If the room we were transferred to was our first room I would have given a much better rating. It was much better and cleaner I must say they accommodated us quickly after 2nd complaint.

The sheets and blankets were stained, the bed sheet had a cigarette hole burned in it. The smoke detectors in the 2 rooms that I had seen were taken off of the wall and nothing to cover the hole so, the wiring was exposed. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The hair dryer plug in mine and my son's room was broken with the wiring exposed and still plugged in. My son's room had vinyl flooring, and your shoes stuck to the floor when walking. I would never stay at this property again. If I wouldn't have prepaid, I would have stayed at the Best Western next door.

Enjoyed my stay there with hubby. Lady who check us in was extremely friendly and nice. Great experience we will most definitely return.
