Very comfortable and convenient hotel with affordable rates

6/10 不错

Was not what I was expecting.

6/10 不错

This was the most "fine" experience Ive ever had. First, the place is very rundown. We stayed for a week and it was a bed at night which is its overall purpose. The pool was closed for maintenence the whole week which was disappointing. The hallways smelled like smoke or mildew as the smoking area is very close to the forat floor rooms and they were patching water damage all week. The staff was, fine. The gentlemen who checked me in did say my room number outloud as I was checking in and I was not thrilled about that. At the end of the day, I needed a place to crash for a week and I wasnt in the hotel except to sleep so it was a fine experience.

2/10 较差

I would NOT stay here. In our room there was obvious staining on the ceiling from water damage (ceiling hole, stained curtains, etc.) and the room was dirty on the floor in the bathroom and it’s obviously a very old hotel. Broken pool, broken elevator, one employee, basically nothing for breakfast. So bad. In my honest opinion, the whole (combined hotel??) building needs to be torn down.

8/10 非常棒

A lil sloppy cosmetically. However, everything else was great. No problems. Cleaner than the majority of other hotels that Ive experienced! Pleasant staff.
真实点评

6/10 不错

The hotel is quiet which is a plus. But a whole lot more can be done. To start with it is not really well maintained, carpets hadn't been cleaned in a while and few blood stains on the wall. These don't take a whole lot to rectify, just attention to detail. Breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade, but for the price you pay is acceptable I suppose. Wifi keeps cutting, which is probably an issue if you were on business like I was. Otherwise a good place for the price.

The room was relatively clean. Bed was great but the walls were dirty. The more disturbing portion was that the hotel seemed to be being used as a business for others. The same women were walking in and out of the rooms with different men…

The bed was very comfortable. The pool room needs some better ventilation. But the staff was very polite and helpful!

The property that was advertised on here was not what the hotel is. The place has live in residents, boarded up windows, dirty floors and bed bug. Please update this option for your travelers and take this down for option for People to stay in Gradn Rapids.

Room was nice but I felt like the Air conditioner wasn't working the best so at times it was a tad warmer than I liked.

6/10 不错

This hotel is somewhat 'tired', could use some maintenance/upgrades. However, it was a bed to sleep in. Breakfast was nothing extravagant, could have used a bit more variety.

The room had holes in it. The carpet was stained red.

Everything was great but the shower bc the water went on the floors and I know they don’t want to replace those. Water was hot and everything was great.

6/10 不错

It was fine but all guests will smell smoke from a designated smoking area close to the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast only had cereal, donuts and muffins and beagles, coffee and juice, no eggs or bacon
真实点评

2/10 较差

Very disappointing stay. The pictures online did NOT look anything like the room we were given. The room was in poor condition, with peeling paint, visible water damage, stained carpet, and it was not properly cleaned. There was no TV in the room even though one was advertised. While our window wasn't boarded up, you could see boarded-up windows on the outside of the building, which added to the overall poor impression of the property. Overall, the room and property were nothing like what was advertised in the pictures. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not stay here again.
