My wife Vikki and I stayed for one night at The Princess Victoria, and we couldn't have been more impressed. If you are looking for a boutique experience with bags of character rather than a chain hotel, this is the place to be. The staff were welcoming and friendly from check-in to check-out. We honestly wished we had booked for a second night. Highly recommended for a cozy, stylish London getaway! We will definitely stay again!

We loved staying here. What a find. With a recently renovated room that was air-conditioned and had a small refrigerator and of course a Keurig coffee maker, we found ourselves quite comfortable. Igor and Dan both have the gift of extraordinary and elegant hospitality. And Wendy is a total charmer. No need to wander out to find dinner. The food was exceptionally good and the ambience of a sky lit dining room was lovely. Once again, the food was a repeat knock out! Steaks, perfect. Fish and chips, perfect. Greek salad, perfect. Value, exceptional. We are looking forward to returning.

The staff were ok, quite friendly. The room wasn’t the cleanest, the shower was poor flow and the bathroom itself needed a good clean. Good spacious rooms though with tea and coffee facilities. Would have just felt nicer if it was cleaned, to a higher standard. Also in the bar I ordered a gin with a mixer which would have been nice in a gin glass instead of a basic tall glass. Overall basic stay to meet basic needs.

Lovely pub. Nice friendly staff and locals, great choice of drinks and good food. I stayed for 3 nights making a weekend out of our (Wrexham's) away match at QPR and ate here twice. The rooms are very nice too with tea/coffee facilities. An interesting quirk - everything in my room was left-handed, the taps, switches, door, everything..

I usually really enjoy the Princess Victoria. This time there was a birthday dance party under my room on a Sunday night, music stopped at 10 but there was noise from people outside, some fireworks, and cleanup until about 11. After that it was peaceful and the rest of the stay was good.

Biggest complaint is that the walls are very thin where I could hear the man snoring and coughing in the next room. Room was clean and the staff were very nice. The heater in my room was broken so they had to bring in portables. Even tho I was supposed to get maid service every other day I had none.

Reasonable value pub / bistro with rooms. Bar and restaurant are beautiful old victorian style and what might be referred to as a good old fashioned yet shabby chic boozer. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and amenities are in order. Shame they dont do breakfast
