We were staying at a summer hotel in the worst of winter. They were kind and tried to help. The heat did not work well at all. They came and tried to fix it but we froze all night. The TV was not in the bedroom so we were watching on the phone. No internet. I can see this being a great place in the summer. It was a pretty area.

While serving my purpose of needing a place for a night. I would not recommend- maybe if your hardcore boater looking for a place but it was minimally clean, had poor door latch (not secure) water in tap was minimal stream and tiles falling in tiny shower stall.

Very basic accommodations. But have great view and great Bar, dock to water. Very friendly staff. Definitely a great deal for a basic room during EAA’s Airshow Week.

I did not stay at this property. I can say that upon arrival, I saw some maintenance "challenges" on the site that prevented my check-in. I do not mind older buildings. But paint and power washing is relatively inexpensive. After a long day at a nearby event, I opted to drive 3 hours home. I hope they make improvements, it is a nice spot.

Everything was fine except for the shower and the tv wouldnt change channels... overall not big issues but they existed. Id still stay here again
