J'ai eu une chambre qui n'était certainement pas la plus mauvaise, mais la plus mal placée de tout l'hôtel, juste au-dessus de la sortie des poubelles, au premier étage. Ce qui explique que je ne mets pas cinq étoiles, ce que je fais d'habitude, car je suis un habitué de cet hôtel. D'autre part, j'ai eu à plusieurs reprises des problèmes pour ouvrir la porte de ma chambre avec la clé électronique. Lorsque j'ai eu un vrai problème, j'ai été dépanné immédiatement, mais j'avoue que cela m'a un petit peu agacé, puisque je n'étais pas habitué à ce genre de soucis dans cet hôtel, que par ailleurs je recommande chaleureusement.

Il manquait un oreiller avec sa taie. Il a fallu que je descende deux fois pour avoir de quoi dormir. J’informe qu il manque l oreiller. La personne m’informe qu il y en a un sur l’armoire. Je redescends pour avoir la taie d oreiller car il n’y en avait pas. La température de la pièce à 22 degrés était un peu élevée
