Very mediocre hotel in an aging building, standards of maybe 2* hotel and definitely not worth the price. Room doesn't look at all like in the pictures. We got the view of a dirty rooftop with rubbish laying around, someone's old socks included. You can hear all the sounds from outside - we woke up several times at night thinking someone is breaking into our room, turned out it was neighbors entering or leaving their room. There's a basic stove but no pots, no plates, no cups, nothing included. Rooftop pool is okay but the music is way too loud in the evenings and the glass railing surrounding the pool is dirty, limiting the views (windows in the room don't seem to be ever washed too). On the plus side - breakfast and food overall were good, the staff working there was nice too (and the restaurant people were just amazing). The location is great - in a quiet street but close to everything. I wouldn't stay again but for half the price it could be a decent place for a few days.

This appears to be a property that was converted from residential to hotel. The units themselves are very large. However, the maintenance was non existent. Nonfunctioning refrigerators, non-working air-conditioning. Service is also subpar – housekeeping only came after multiple requests. The toilet paper was rationed, as were the towels.We purchased an all-inclusive package and found the food barely edible. The rules for the “all inclusive” meant getting any drinks, including soft drinks and water - only during the hours of 11 AM to 6 PM. Otherwise you were charged even for a basic room service request. The staff were friendly and did their best but our 7 day stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I would not return nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

We had tre rooms the ac was broken in all of the rooms, some where the fridge didn't close proper and it was by design, but it was clearly the rubber enclosure that had felt off so Ive could fix it, there was a kitchen but nothing inside it, not cubs or anything. We used some towels and of course they got a little dirty with some makeup but the full stay there was no problem. But doing checkup there was a big issue with towels and they wanted 25 mil per towel to clean it, we waited over 2 hours for the checkout due to this and was told the management would join but they newer did, in the end they said they would give us the towels in compensation, which was very low and poor service they gave compensation for a thing they made up doing check up. It seemed more like a scam to get some more money and hoping we didn't have time to wait

We booked tre rooms at this locations, in two of them the aircon didn't work we could change the fan speed or temp, no hot water and fridge that don't close fully, when we asked for more shampoo they said yes but never came with any. They offered another room but it was a downgrade and them they didn't do more. Our check out was almost two hours because they felt like some of the towels was dirty, they offered us towels to go to the beach of course they will be a little dirty and have sand. They wanted 25 mil for each to clean but didn't want to give any compensation for the two damaged rooms, they told us to wait and wait and that someone would come and talk with us but no one ever did and then we had to wait if they could wash the towels. I have been in a lot of hotels and never tried anything like this. I will never book here again or recommend it to others. If you are using this hotel go to dollar city and buy your own towels

Travel to Cartagena once a month and always stay here. The staff is like family. Conveniently close to everything I need. Great value. Rooms are large. Highly recommend this place.

This property is a catfish! We booked because of the overall good ratings and images of the property. When we arrived our jaws dropped it was nothing like it seemed online, the vibe is very depressing as you enter there was no one there to greet us. As we walked to the receptionist there was one person and she knew nothing of how to check someone in. She finally contacted someone and they checked us in just to be told it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before our room was ready, that’s when I really started to worry. Mind you we are frequent travelers and are fully aware that things can come up which is fully understandable. But we had traveled all morning we were tired and we had booked in advance. Finally the key manager led us up to our room and I was excited to see the ocean view from our window as shown in the picture reservation. Very disappointed to see it was facing a dumpster site with no view, then to make matters worse I inspect the room and the shower is right next to the bed, and only a glass door to the commode. No privacy at all whatsoever. The room was so hot we ran the ac never cooled down, honestly not big enough for the room size. We ended up moving the mattress to the middle of the room to get some air. We decided to check out the next day and find something more accommodating, this was not it! I kindly requested to please be refunded for the days that were not used which were 5 days and of course I was denied. Im sorry but this hotel is deceitful.
