The staff was great. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful when my wife and I had questions about check in/check out. Regarding the building itself, I was disappointed to see there was only one working elevator, which often took a substantial amount of time to make it to the floor we were waiting on. Additionally, we were staying on the 2nd floor, which had signs indicating the floor was “smoke free” but every afternoon/evening it reeked of marijuana. My wife, who is 5 months pregnant, had a hard time walking to our room and often had to cover her face because of how strong the smell was. Overall, while the staff was accommodating, the elevator situation and the pungent smell throughout the hotel influenced our lower rating.
