We stayed at the lodge below the casino which is treated like a separate entity. The Casino has an indoor pool and gym, the lodge gets an outdoor pool. Since the desk is closed at the lodge we had to go up to the casino then drive back down to the lodge.The rooms are dated. No free outlets. Had to unplug a light. Room was clean with the usual dust in the hard to clean places. There is a shuttle between the Casino and lodge which was efficient. Overall it was a good stay at a reasonable price.

I would never ever stay there again . 3 days no staff had to back track the Casino to check in. They informed me there was no staff at the lodge . But enjoy your stay. Run down old lodge. Just covered up problems. With the rooms. They never came to replace linen or towels . Never emptied garbage no refresh. Never saw 1 staff member. Needed a handicap room. Told it was ready. Never got it. Couldn’t take a shower for 3 days as I told them I needed a handicap toilet and shower. Could hardly get up and down from the bathroom. Also no internet connection.

The pool was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outside of the room had no lighting. The room has dusty vents and a/c. The most disturbing part was the lights kept turing on, on it's own. The bathroom door kept opening and closing on itself own. I did not get sleep at all. My children and I left tired and terrified.

When we tried to check in at the front desk, we were advised by one of the van drivers that we had to go up to the casino to check in. There was a larger party staying in the room next door to us that was pretty loud all night. Hotel was nice a little dated but nice. I am very short so the high beds were not the easiest to get up on but we made it work.

The interior pool was a non-existent it was an outside pool and it was non-functioning at the time. The casino campus was well kept and comfortable however the lodge seems to have fallen and disrepair and definitely needs an upgrade. The room however was clean and comfortable. Very basic and very quiet. Overall it was a nice and safe stay, but not like the pictures. There is no staff at the lodge you have to go to the casino to check in.

Very good, but very limited staff, and that presented a lot of difficulty. The Lodge is a separate building from the Hotel and Casino and there is no front desk there. When my room key wouldn't work I had to drive back up to the parking lot a half mile away, walk 500' to the casino, and then walk thru the casino to get to the front desk. The room was clean but very bland, no fridge or microwave, no screen door on the sliding glass door, no doormat - all problematic, and frankly cheap. The surrounding area is desolate and depressing, though relatively clean and safe. Good heated swimming pool and hot tub, good water pressure and hot water. Would I stay there again? Not if I could afford more quality.

The Lodge is a separate building from the Casino/Hotel, set down the hill from it. There is no front desk there. You have to check in at the hotel inside the casino. When my room key wouldn’t work I had to drive ½ mile up to the casino parking lot, walk at least 500’ to the casino, walk through the casino to get to the front desk, just to get a new key. The room was basically clean, but very bland. No microwave or fridge, no screen door on the sliding glass door, no door mat - all problematic. Friendly, helpful staff, yes, but not enough of them. A good, heated pool and hot tub outside the rooms. Water pressure and hot water good. Bed good. Surrounding area rather isolated and barren-looking, but relatively clean and safe. Not ‘high vibrational’ like Sedona. Would I stay there again? Not if I could afford more quality.

The bathroom is very outdated and had a weird moldy smell. The rest of the room was good, beds were not very comfortable, could feel the springs through the mattress. One bed was sunken in pretty bad (lodge room 124). The highlight was our shuttle driver June, she was fantastic and made us feel like VIP guests when we were in her vehicle. Thank you June!
