They provided a pod coffee machine.. no plug where it was set had to put it in the bathroom. Ive stayed in cheaper places, but we had a working microwave n mini fridge. This had none. It's $20 extra . I got a busted micro n mini fridge missing the freezer door. The walls have no sound barrier so what they listened to you did too. Doors to room are faded n gross. No proper available outlets.. lights between beds are old school.. standing lamp is ugly. Like the cheap lamp at Walmart. Could hear ppl talking on both sides of our room. Arguing n high voices.. ugh

Rented 2 rooms, was given someone elses room key... walked in and there was a little dog. Had to get back in car & go up to casino for another correct room key. Came back the next day, room key doesn't work... AGAin!! Blow dryer cracked & broken in the other room. During check out, asked for some sort of monetary compesation for the room with the 3 wrong key mixup only to be told that because we booked thru Hotels.com that they couldn't help us. The person in the room with the wrong key cards will never stay there again.

The Lodge is separate from the main casino building and I didn't know the reception desk at the Lodge is closed. Had to get back in the car and drive up to the main building in order to check in. There was no hot water for the bathroom sink, but there was for the shower. So, we made do since we only stayed for two nights and were gone all day. The lights between the two beds didn't work. There was no refrigerator, guess I missed that bit of information when picking the room. Beds were a little springy. Other than that, we liked the quiet location and the room was clean. Staff were friendly.

Bed mattresses had a dip in them & were very uncomfortable. Check in was somewhat difficult as the Lodge is no longer open so needed to go to the casino hotel to check in. Staff was wonderful!!

This properly is not staffed, and you have to check in half a mile away in another hotel. The woman who checked me in was not friendly or helpful. I booked a room here because other reviews said this property had been renovated and staff were kind and helpful. This is false. My television did not work, and no maintenance was available to fix the problem. Again, the staff was not friendly or helpful. Shower was awful, poor pressure and erroded shower head that sprayed everywhere but down. I recommend you do not stay here.

If you just need a place to rest this is doable but I wouldn’t pay more than $80 or so a night. I had to checkin and checkout at the casino up on the hill which was a pain. No front desk staff (front of lodge was locked up). Coffee pot but no coffee in the room. The door lock chain was pulled out of the wall, the bathtub handle came off in my hand. Beds old and on squeaky metal frames. Just really run down. Maybe the casino hotel is nicer and this is bottom barrell at their lodge at the bottom of the hill. If you have to stop in this town overnight, the Country Inn of southern end of town is nicer.

We stayed at the lodge below the casino which is treated like a separate entity. The Casino has an indoor pool and gym, the lodge gets an outdoor pool. Since the desk is closed at the lodge we had to go up to the casino then drive back down to the lodge.The rooms are dated. No free outlets. Had to unplug a light. Room was clean with the usual dust in the hard to clean places. There is a shuttle between the Casino and lodge which was efficient. Overall it was a good stay at a reasonable price.
