Best location!

When I checkin at the midnight, the staff gave me a twin room which is dirty. It's not clean up. Therefore, the staff gave me another one upon request which turned out to be so great. The room security card allows you to get access to your room and the floor entrance. However, I was not able to open the entry door on the floor where I stayed. And the staff tried to fix it but it didn't work for a couple of times until I requested to change another card. I really want to appreciate a female staff on the group floor who introduced me a lot of different tourist attractions in the city of Belfast. The most important thing she let me know is the classical choir performance in a theater nearby. She did a great job! Apart from the above, the hotel;'s location is extremely convenient. It's just a few minutes walk to the train and long distance bus station. It's also next to the coffee shop and the post office. There are famous live music irish bar like Crown bar, Robinson bar nearby gave me so much entertainment at night. Also, it's close to the music theatre where I bought a ticket for choir performance. All in all, staying in this hotel for 5 days is wonderful. I definitely will come back and stay here again!

The only complaints was that there was not enough chairs, even 1 more folded chair would be good so you don't have to sit on the bed. Great location close to the city centre & the central station. Made it possible to walk around without any issues.

Stead for one night. Hotel very central and easy to find. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff at reception were very friendly on arrival and departure. The only negative is the size of the room but for the location and price all was good.

Pictures always make a place look big. The bathroom was super clean but the size of a double wardrobe and the bedroom itself was the size of the bed with no room to actually move around (that is for a couple - okay for single occupancy).

Rent, litet men helt ok. Dock var Wifi UTFÅLIGT! Under all kritik 2025 och ha så dåligt. Vi kommer inte att återvända pga det! Amelias bar precis bredvid var jättetrevlig.

Would recommend. Happy stay for us.

Hotel is basic but in a good way. Has everything u need for a few nights stay. Bedroom is air conditioned which is excellent. Bathroom is small but everything was really clean. If u spend a lot of time in your room mayb not for you. But if it is for somewhere to chill for an hour in between things and then have a decent nights sleep it is for u. We did have a family room for my daughter and I so we had a lot of room but if 4 was in the room it might have been tight going. But r all we loved it. The staff r lovely and really helpful. So easy to talk with. The hotel is really close to the centre of town and train station so I will b using again in the future.
