The hotel seems relatively new, however, could use some deep cleaning. It is located in a nice area of the state and the staff were friendly. The breakfast could use some work. The scrambled eggs were sitting in water and the ham pieces were not very hot. There was no breakfast potatoes available; typically, every hotel we've visited has a potato choice and there was none.

This was one of the cleanest, best run and maintained hotels I’ve been to in years. I walked around complimenting staff because I felt thru so deserved to know. I wish every hotel was this clean and this well run.

Check in was uncomplicated and the rooms were very clean. The pool was perfect entertainment for our kids, and the continental breakfast was great. The location was ideal for our purposes, and we would absolutely stay here again. Our only complaint is that the outlet behind the night stand did not work. We had two rooms, and this was the case in both. We had to unplug the lamp from the nightstand itself to use the outlets attached to the nightstand. There also was no direct USB outlet, which is pretty rare these days.

My stay was as good as can be expected, it was what came after that was not ideal. My husband and I were falsely accused of stealing from this hotel and the hotel even tried to charge my debit card an additional $250 before we came back in and proved our innocence with an officer. I do hope this hotel finds the thief who took their things, but it was not great getting a knock on my in-laws front door being accused of stealing, when we in fact did not. Other than that, the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I am sure this is a one in a million chance that this happened to us- but for future reference, wrongful accusation is harsh and they could have acted differently towards us / asked us about it instead of assuming it was us.

Staff was courteous, room was spotless, and breakfast was delicious. But the piece that made our stay amazing was the quality of the accessible room. This was the most well-designed accessible room we've ever stayed in. Shower drained down, not into the room, lots of space, and seating x2 besides the bed.
