Very small room with small window on interior courtyard - claustrophobic!! Room not well cleaned on arrival and instructions for trash not evident. An ice machine would be good! Pool table missing 2 balls. Never clean coffee cups available in lobby. On the good side: excellent location, comfy bed, great gym and convenient luggage storage.

The room was spacious and clean. It was a delightful surprise to find a coffee corner right in our room, adding a touch of convenience. The bathroom was notably large and well-appointed. We were particularly impressed by how exceptionally nice and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. The breakfast offered was truly great, providing a wonderful start to each day.This hotel's location is truly fantastic for exploring the city. You can easily walk to many popular attractions and discover hidden gems along the way.

The location of the hotel is amazing, very central, opposite the cathedral and 5 minute walk to the central station. You have to get used to the lack of staff - everything is online and there is no receptionist situated at the hotel so if you have a problem, you have to contact them via telephone/WhatsApp. The breakfast was very varied and high quality and the gym was probably the best hotel gym I've been too - very well equipped. Rooms are a good size, we're comfortable although my shower water drained all over the bathroom floor making the floor very wet everytime I had a shower which was annoying.
