It was a great time in a great hotel! We arrived late at midnight at the hotel, and the lobby was very lively, which made us very welcome! We also got the option to have a late dinner, simple but very tasty food in the main restaurant, after our long trip. The staff are amazing, attentive, and courteous. You see people working everywhere all the time (they are very hardworking people, and they do deserve tips always, if you can). The cleanliness isn't 5 stars, and I'm blaming the buildings around the hotel, which are many at this time. So the balcony is always dusty, but you can request to clean it from the app or with housekeeping.
The bed wasn't the best one I have had, but it is ok, are couple beds, not 2 single beds together.
The towels were changed every day during our stay
The main restaurant there has a lot of options of food options from European to Azian. Nice and very tasty!
We went to 2 A La Cart restaurants (Mexican and Italian), and even the staff were nice, the food wasn't the best I have tried. So, go to the free options if you have, but don't pay for Italian, even if it is only €10 per person.
There are kids' dance and show activities every night. I found it a bit late to start at 20h45, going to 22h, but it should be fine for most.
The beach doesn't worsen the trip. I'm a beach person and have been in many beautiful ones. The view is nice and beautiful. The water is clear until kids start playing in the sand on the edge. I think isn't natural sand.
