Amazing place!

We loved the place! Feel so much at home. Convenient location but was a bit noisy at night because it’s close to several pubs and bars. Overall it was an amazing place with free parking!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It has the best location in town. Lots of great restaurants nearby, grocery store and several bakeries. And the property has everything small family might need.

This is a small one bedroom apartment. There is nothing luxurious about it except for the parking space. It is bright and clean but does not have real air conditioning. The bedroom is very small and gets quite hot in the summer. The main issue is that it is in a very seedy location. I did not feel safe leaving the building. There are addicts and homeless people on the steps up to the lobby at all times of day. The building itself is very tired and has strong other people’s dinner smells. It is VERY noisy at night-directly next to the Moose-a raucous bar (nothing against this-just didn’t want it outside of my bedroom at 2am). The gym is ok. Empty. The exercise bikes are lousy quality. The shabby small balcony for the apartment we rented looked over the alley-disgusting dumpsters. Very disappointing. This is a rented apartment and not a hotel. That means that there is only one key/fob so the guests need to either separate with some staying in the room or travel together (eg going to the gym requires a fob-one person can’t do this while another picks up coffee). It’s inconvenient. I would have given a higher rating but the advertising was very misleading. I felt conned. This is not a Yaletown best location (the location is very sketchy) or a luxury suite. Two years ago we stayed at Level furnished suites which are right around the corner. I didn’t love the location but in comparison it is safer, bigger and has better laundry facilities.

Thank you so much to all of the staff helping me! I came for one week and stayed almost a month! Clean, beautiful views, efficient replies... I kept adding more and more time to stay here and they didn’t get annoyed one bit. I can’t wait to come back !

Bring noise cancelling headphones it is a city and if you’re not used to noise you’ll need them! Property host was fantastic! Yaletown is a vegan delight. Go outside city in just a few miles and the pacific mountains and waters are spectacular. Thank you host Jesse.

Free and secure parking, a thorough collection of amenities, and large, good looking room for a reasonable price. The manager was attentive and made communication easy. The baseboard heater in the bedroom was a bit noisy and there was some sort of nearby block party or club blasting music until 4am on a Saturday night. A white noise machine in the bedroom was helpful, but perhaps this location is a bit too close to the nightlife in Vancouver.

It was really nice place like home or better than home. You can cook and you can do laundry by your self without additional fee. The view in the window is also awesome like staying in the movie. The place is also good to enjoy vancouver. You can visit famous places within 20 minutes by walking or bus. The food near house is also good and easy to shopping.

Best apartment stay!

Loved our stay here! The apartment was spotless, in a great location close to everything, with a wonderful view of the city. Centrally located, yet quiet and we slept very well. Many fantastic restaurants within less than a block. The hosts are a class act...great communication and quick responses. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. A wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Vancouver BC!

week's stay summer '19

The apartment is very central - about 15mins walk either direction to the coast. It is a private apartment so you collect (& return) keys from a key safe box at a store next door, and there's no maid service. Apartment is very well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer etc and strong wifi and enough TV channels. Underground parking space was very handy and simple enough to use once you'd figured the 1 way streets in the area. Lady I dealt with re arranging keys was great and good selection of tourist leaflets in the drawers of the TV unit. Small point but the mismatch of sheets & cups etc felt like what i got off my parents when i left for uni and could do with more plates, and futons could do with a clean. It was fairly tight for the 3 of us and with the aircon unit in place it meant that there was a lot of noise at night through the living room windows. That for me was balanced by the location and realistically we didn't spend that much time in the apartment

The apartment was great! Located right in the middle of downtown Vancouver. It is easy to get to everything. Contact was great and let us know that we could check in early. Free parking in a secure garage. Private balcony. What more could you ask for? We would gladly stay there again on our next visit.
