Nice grounds and wonderful views of the crocodile river. The room was spacious but lacked lamps and was very dusty. Our biggest complaint was the lack of heat in the rooms despite outside evening temperatures or 45 degrees F (7C). The restaurant was nice but service was very slow.

Small room, loud fridge, bathroom is in need of upgrade. Not a 4 star hotel by any means (I run a lodge myself and know all qualifications and they don't meet them honestly), a 3 at most. Room not really very clean, bed is good but all furniture is old. Curtain does not close nicely. Restaurant has hardly any options for vegetarians and none for vegan. Nice setting on the river bed.

Breakfast was tasty & what a view of the hippos sleeping from the Deck Restaurant. The owner was kind & we had a nice chat. All staff were so polite & professional. The room is tremendous and so was the view of the grounds, river and seeing Kruger Park on the other side.

What a great place!! Location is fantastic for Kruger (10mins drive) and beautiful views over the river into the park! The whole place is clean and tidy with good amenities and facilities. The restaurant is convenient and the food was very good. Friendly and attentive staff. All in all a lovely property that I would definitely stay at again quite happily! And especially good value for the price!

Wonderful spot just outside Kruger Park. The staff were extremely warm and the view was stunning. Looking out onto Crocodile river we frequently had lunch looking over hippos, elephants and crocodiles. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent in helping us organise tours. The onsite restaurant is also excellent and extremely affordable.
