The motorized window shade was broken for all 3 nights, making it difficult to adjust the view and sunlight. The desk manager did not seem to take the matter seriously.
When we complained multiple times, his only response was that he had offered to move us to a queen bed room. Since we had booked a king size, this was just an offer to move to an inferior room. A simple apology would have been a better response, or if he wanted to show concern he could have offered something like taking off the breakfast or parking charge.
Disjointed in Hyatt's customer service, if not its inability to repair a mechanical defect for 3 days, 2 off which were weekdays.
