Location of the hotel is perfect 👌rooms are clean and very good size, the views from the balcony were stunning.
The staff need some customer service training: on arrival at reception welcoming wasn't great a bit like shop transaction there is your room card and made sure we need to pay for the parking ( when we were booking parking was included is not, you have to pay 15lev per day); the worse was the breakfast staff - for 5 days i didn't get good morning ones. Everything was running out, cutlery, cup, water glasse and they just couldn't bother to top up and when you ask they get angry and thaf is 9am, breakfast is open till10am. At 9.30 they swithing off hot light in the hot buffet and no more topping up, technically they should be saying breakfast is serve until 9.30, because after they staff is cleaning everything. The food options were good though ( if you manage to get some) and everything was tasty.
