The room was super clean and the setup was great! I enjoyed having a kitchen area so I can keep my drinks and food cool. The staff was very welcoming and remembered me from my previous stay. Location is great since it is close to the water bus stations. There is a grocery store nearby so you can grab water and other stuff if needed. Would recommend

Habitación muy limpia y amplia, con terraza, buena climatización, baño amplio. Buena ubicación a menos de 5’ andando de Rialto Hervidor de agua, cafetera y agua gratis. Aunque había cápsulas de café, deberían dejar una por persona y día. Galletas, cava gratis también. Cama cómoda. Segundo piso sin ascensor pero muy cómodo de subir. Personal amable.

Great location. Clean but a little worn. The room was very warm but the a-c was turned off for the season so we had to open windows. The street was very loud early morning and we had tons of mosquitoes! Not ideal. I’m sure it’s much nicer when you can close the windows

We had 2 rooms for 3 nights. I gave an overall rating a 3 because our room was a 4 and our kids room was a 2. Our room was comfortable with a nice bathroom and was updated and modern though small. Our kids (teenagers) however was very small, and with no air conditioning was at least 90 degrees at all times. We asked for their heat to be turned off and they said that was not possible. all our travels I have never seen a room that hot. Their headboards were peeling and the room reminded me more of a hostel than a hotel. Their toilet would continuously run and to fix this they were taught to pull the flushing fixture off the wall and press the button in the hole. If they opened their window’s mosquitos filled the room. Having said that, my wife and my experience was much better and we liked our room and the location of the hotel was excellent. Everything in Venice is walking distance no matter where you stay but we liked our neighbourhood and it was away from the crowds, which was important during the day as the crowds were extreme. We stayed in room # 16 and the kids were #13, so ask for our room and if you get it you will enjoy this hotel. Water taxi picked us up to take us to the airport right outside the door of their main hotel, which was expensive (150 euros) but very convenient and was a 15 minute ride to Marco Polo airport.

Excellent location. Our room was ok, the water pump in the utility room below us went off every 5 mins (sounded like a city bus trying to hear up, then stop again). Didn’t make for a good sleep for the 4 nights we were there but the room was clean and the staff was excellent. I would not recommend staying in room 22.

To our surprise, the room was finished with a modern look. Very nicely done. Comfortable bed. I would give it a 5 Star rating. The registration office is at another location but that was not a problem. Close to a lot of amenities, would stay there again.

This hotel is beautiful! Such a gem! It was so incredibly clean and our rooms were spacious. The rooms were air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. There was also a quaint little courtyard behind the hotel. Donna at the front desk was lovely. She was pleasant and very helpful! I had a glitch & some questions before our stay & she helped me with everything! The hotel was close to restaurants & shops & walking distance to sights and the vaporetto. Our stay was way too short - I would love to return - and I would definitely stay here again!
