廁所設計不良

地點：近考山路，還算方便 環境：一進房就聞到廁所的潮濕霉味，原來，浴室有大浴缸，但設計很爛，蓮蓬頭在門口那面，洗澡的水會淤積在浴缸邊的整圈凹溝，再沿浴缸頭尾順流到地面，變成2道護城河..進出要小心跨越

总体还可以

酒店整体都不错，地理位置离开考山路夜市步行10分钟左右，但是一路上都是各种小吃和餐厅。顶层的泳池也不错（风景一般），早餐的品种不多。但是在百度地图上找不到这个酒店，就连去市中心回来叫突突车很多本地人都不知道酒店的具体位置。

OK with the price paid

Not bad overall, with this price. Location is a bit far from the City / BTS. Breakfast choice is good enough. Housekeeping has to be improved, no change of bed sheets / pillow covers and always has to proactively request for replenishment of the daily consumable items. Reception staff are very nice. On overall terms, cannot demand for more with this price level.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist kurz gehalten. Keine Wurst für aufs Toast . Keiner da der frischen Imker macht und leider keinen Kaffee Automat. Es gibt nur Kaffee aus der Kanne . Alles andere muss man dann nachzahlen. Was sehr seltsam war ist ich hatte für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind 10 Jahre gebucht incl. frühstück. Beim Check in sagte man mir Frühstück k ist nur bis 6 Jahre inkludiert . Bedeutet ich muss dann Extra frühstücke für meinen Sohn bezahlen für 299 baht .

Hôtel très bien situé pour faire du bateau, avoir des taxis, restaurants, kaosan road... Pas loin du Palais du Roi et de nombreux temples... belle chambre, avec jacuzzi 2 places pour nous, bien équipée, personnel charmant, a l accueil, au petit déj, au pool bar.. partout.. excellent petit déj anthracite du choix de cuisines ! Great hotel! Amazing location! Excellent service! Super clean! No noise.comfortable beds! Lovely roof top pool. Great in bathroom jacuzzi. Gym. It would have been a perfect 5* but: No dresser. No bathroom hooks. No bathroom shelving. 2 narrow closets with annoying hangers and no shelves. No place to unpack. The shower is over the bath tub, for me senior with back issues a very hard and dangerous climb in/out.

Great solo stay

The room was clean, and the staff were super nice. It was great to have access to room service when needed. The reception team was very responsive whenever I needed something. The bed was comfortable, the room had air conditioning, and the bathroom was really nice. The hot water in the shower worked great, which made it even more enjoyable. It’s also great for late check-in—my plane landed late, and there was someone at reception past 1 a.m. to welcome me. You can sometimes hear loud neighbors and doors slamming, but that’s mostly because the doors are heavy and designed to close securely. When my neighbors got too loud, I called reception—they quickly passed the message along and spoke directly with the guests. After that, it was much more peaceful

Couple getaway

Beautiful hotel. Hard to fault. Gym is adaquate, pool is nice, staff are great. If i was being picky, i feel breakfast should be included for the nightly rate i paid in Bangkok. Close to Kohsan riad, and few other lively streets with great dining options. Would stay again

Great for relaxing and sightseeing

I checked in to Chillax Heritage after a few months of trekkering in Nepal. Upgraded to a king bed and a jetted bathtub ...both worth every bhat. The hotel / rooms were very clean, friendly staff, the rooftop pool is fabulous and the location can't be beat ....close to the river the Grand Palace and other attractions but far enough away from the craziness of Khosan Rd. Recommended!

Right in the heart of the action without being too loud and crazy. Very close to the tourist ferry which was great for sight seeing. Also close to all the night life. Great location, clean and great service. Can’t go wrong.
