Needed a handicapped accessible room; did not get that. I called the hotel they said to contact hotels.com. Did that and said I needed a handicapped room, and I changed the reservation to handicapped but I was put on the 5th floor, all the way down the end of the hall, and I had difficulty getting off the toilet and was not able to shower. Then three separate times I had to clean the piles of dust that came out of the vent. My only option was to move to a different room at 10:00 at night. I was using crutches and rely on my son for help, so I adjusted the ac to not turn on as often. At check in I was told that I would have to pay for parking and there was a $50 hold. I was not informed of this prior. For $250 for one night, I expected more.
