positives: Generally, this was a good stay, especially for families with children. They have a nice “games room” with some retro-style, arcade type games! They have a coffee/ tea station included in your stay, which is great because you can access it at any time! The coffee is ok; I’d rate it a 3/5 for taste. The tea selection is lovely! The staff are friendly and check-in was smooth. The pool and hot-tub are ok! The pool is tiny but the 3-story slide is fun for people who know how to swim. The hot-tub is tiny and people don’t seem to respect the 5 person at a time rule, but whatever. The breakfast is affordable, delicious, fresh and I would stay here again for the breakfast alone. It’s worth the money for the buffet style eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, pancakes, waffles, fruit, cereals, yogurts, etc. 10/10 for the breakfast station and their friendly staff.
Negatives: the amount of noise you can hear in your room from the hallways, upstairs, downstairs and outside is insane. We stayed on the 2nd floor and someone’s dog was barking inside their room from 10pm-11pm and no one did a thing about it. Also, around 9:45-11:45pm, there was a group of belligerent, drunk, loud and foul-mouthed people yelling, screaming profanities at each other and generally being completely wild and inappropriate while we were trying to sleep. I think security FINALLY came up to talk to them close to 11-11:30pm, yet they stuck around being loud for another 30min. Also, the beds are uncomfortable.
