The hotel staff was EXCELLENT. Helpful and kind, from the front desk, cleaning staff, and breakfast service. Plenty of parking (front & back). This was a lovely little hotel. We felt safe, comfortable, and they made us feel welcome. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves during the day. They kept everything clean and the breakfast was delicious. (4 different kinds of waffle batter) You could tell they were working on a few "upkeep area's" but it did not interfere with our stay. The added bonus that next door (totally walkng distance is a In-In Out Burger, Del Taco, and a Cane's, not to mention & a gas station with mini store) It is also directly across the street from a Target and many other stores.

I had a nice stay at the Quality Inn. It was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the customer service which was severly lacking. I have never had a longer check in experience at any hotel ever. When I arrived there was a line of 3 people ahead of me and only one clerk. It took at least 15 minutes for another clerk to come help and they were both working very slowly. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever and I can't fogure out why the whole experience took so long to get checked in. They were nice, but not very friendly- they barely spoke to the customers at all. Also during check out it took FOREVER for someone to come to the desk to help out. I could hear employees in the back talking to each other but nobody came out to the desk for 5 or so minutes. Customer service could REALLY use some improvement.
