Worst experience ever. Was never told only one parking spot on lot. Had to park across the street in unsecured parking lot which people were using as public beach access. Toilet seat broken in half made a couple of us blead from how hard it pinched. Security was the absolute rudest. Yelled at us for moving our car over to pack are belongings. Expected us to walk all of it across the street.

The view

I only reserved for one night April 26-27 2025 and had a great time. I enjoyed the beach view, the rooms were a good size. Glad of the floor I was on(4) because I don’t do heights very well. The kitchen supplied utensil that you would need for cooking to eating. Beds were cleaned , white sheets and white bed covers

Beautiful view.. great accommodations.. lovely staff.. this was my first time down in gulf shores.. I will always book this property! The front desk clerk was so nice. I was nervous especially being in a new place. He made me feel so at ease. I got my code and the suite was so big and clean. And the views.. *chefs kiss*.. I really enjoyed myself..

Get what you pay for.

First trip to Gul Shores. The condo is easy to find. Didn’t realize it was in the party area. Cops seemed to always be looking for something. The only bedroom is with a king bed. Second advertised “bedroom” is a hallway bunk bed that my 13 year olds barely fit in. Fold out couch was ok but we had to ask for blankets. Curtains had mold stains on the bottom. Lights and things had a lot of dust. Couch and a chair was all seating for 5 people when advertised for 6 people. 4 person table with 2 bar stools. We made it work for a few days. I heard a few others complaining about the bunk sizes for their kids. If you have teens or more than a family for 3 or 4, I would look elsewhere. Balcony concrete was gross.

Extremely Disappointed

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and when we reached our room, the door was left slightly open, which immediately made us uneasy. Upon entering, the room was pitch black, and when we turned on the lights, we were shocked by how worn down it was. The sofa had stains, the bathtub was scraped up with a moldy bath mat, the overall condition was appalling. We were so disturbed by the state of the room that we decided to leave and drive back home instead of spending the night. Given the Brett Robinson name associated with this hotel, we had expected much better and were deeply disappointed.
