After I experienced it the first time, I literally held my breath from the time I got off of the elevator until I got to my door. I explained it to the desk clerk and she said she would notify maintenance. It should the DEA that is notified. I’ll. NEVER. Go. Back. Here. Again.

I asked for room service and I got back to the hotel and the housekeeper said I had a do not disturb sign on the door which I didn’t and told them to run the cameras. My towels were picked up and not taken back. So the fact they called me a liar and took my towels than I had to wait over an hour in the lobby to get the front desk to do housekeeping job. Cheyenne took the step to do it but overall stay was terrible.

Our recent stay was extremely disappointing and honestly shocking given the positive reviews we had read beforehand. We arrived with high hopes, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Upon entering our room, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There were hairballs in the shower, ripped and stained sheets, and towels that were stained and barely folded. We found a dirty towel balled up on the floor behind the closet door. Several areas of the room had what appeared to be months’ worth of compacted dust, as if they had not been wiped down in a very long time. There were brown stains on the outside of the toilet and red stains on the lampshade. To make matters worse, there was lotion mounted inside the shower instead of body wash. There was also no hair dryer in the room, which required me to call down and request one — something I have never had to do at a hotel before. The bed was, without exaggeration, the hardest bed I have ever laid on in my life. It felt more like a box spring than a mattress and made it nearly impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. When the air conditioner turned on, it produced a strong, unpleasant odor that resembled gas fumes, which was concerning. Unfortunately, the issues were not isolated to our room. The floors in the elevator and throughout the hotel were visibly dirty. The breakfast area was poorly maintained and offered very limited options. Would not recommend at all.

Shower was very dirty, grime on the track of the sliding door, used bar soap from previous guests, the entire room needed dusting, the cloth chair was very dirty. Got bottle water from front desk and candy. Had to do two seperate transactions since employee couldn’t do it in one transaction for unknown reason. Only one ice machine worked.

Check in took forever. They took at least 5 minutes to check me in and I had reservations. The room was poorly cleaned. Towel has a huge yellow stain. They were old and need thrown away. Pillows were old and flat. Room smelled. Had a huge patch on the wall. AC thermostat didn’t work. Had to adjust it from the unit. When you complain about the room, staff was basically like sorry but housekeeping is gone. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We checked into our room only to find a big hair ball in the "clean" sheets, dirty floors, and crispy sheets. Moved to anther room only to find poop in the toliet and smeared lord knows what on the head board. We checked out with no refund! Left only to find the cops there dealing with another matter. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Well, first of all, I tried to call this Hotel about 20 times and no one ever answered. I needed to make changes to my room, but could never speak to anyone to do so.
