ONLY FAKE REVIEWS WANTED!

High end, high buck resort but worth EVERY penny. It was the best week ever where we all felt pampered. Some of these all inclusive resorts aren’t able to do everything well including the food. Not this place- the food is QUALITY and INCREDIBLE! The only negative comment I have is the beach and pool areas. The same ignorant antics by guests goes on- saving all the seats and lounge chairs. It was difficult to find seating on the beach and by the pool. Often the chairs were empty, but had a towel and t-shirt or book on them so essentially “saved”. I managed to grab a beach chair one morning to watch the sunrise and a woman came out and “saved” eight lounge chairs next to me. Later that day when I went back to the beach to swim, I couldn’t find an open lounge but her “saved” chairs were there and they were still empty!! There is a notice that states “your personal belongings will be removed in one hour” but I NEVER saw this happen. Sad, how something so juvenile affects your ability to enjoy the beach and pool, but some people…nonetheless, I would go back in a heartbeat. No worries tho. I’ll “never” save a seat. I like everyone to have an opportunity to enjoy. Perhaps Atelier should actually enforce this rule and maybe have someone assist with seating? Just a thought! So, you didn’t want to submit my review? According to your rules it meets criteria. There is NO profanity. It doesn’t mention prices and it certainly doesn’t give personal information. Your reviews are FAKE‼️

Beautiful scenery

We had a very nice stay. The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of good restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Maria Delores, the Michelin restaurant. It can be difficult getting dinner reservations at the more popular restaurants such as the steakhouse. Im a vegetarian and didn't love the vegan options but my friends who are meat eaters loved the food. Meals do tend to take 2 plus hours as the service is very slow. The downside was on our final evening the bathroom ceiling started raining in our room. We requested it to be fixed and it was not fixed properly and continued to drip all night loudly so we couldn't sleep. Also, I saw an alligator and a giant 15 foot snake on the golf course that is adjacent to the hotel. I didn't realize just how close to the jungle we were. The staff was overall very nice and attentive. The pool bar staff was great and we got drinks quickly. The food at the main pool took forever to arrive...one of the days it was 2 hours from ordering.

Beautiful property. Got a swim out room and it was stunning and so relaxing. Food was fantastic. Overall there are so many pools and things to do that nothing was overly crowded. Even had a sports bar to watch the playoff football games out. Will be going back!

Very clean , and friendly staff . The steak was good but the lobster can use some TLC. I would visit here again .

We really enjoyed the food options. Loved Maria Dolores. Took our waiters reccomendations and the food was excellent (My husband is a retired Chef) It is a must! We also opted for a chef's dinner at Cilento, we purchased wine and the chef created a special menu for us. Amazing. Thank you Artoro, Chef Israel, Andreas and Octevi! We opted for an Inspira room a swim out. Our butlers Leyner and Carlos looked after us daily. We enjoyed the relaxing pool and our time in a cabana at the beach. The water is swimable. Our favorite waiter was Alberto who always remembered our orders. The relaxing pool was quiet except for one day where they booked a private party - thankfully we planned that as one of our beach days. The concierge helped us get into our room one evening when we both forgot our bracelets. La Consentida was our place for breakfast. The waiters were excellent and even the hostess remembered our name. Food was excellent. Lots of variety as well. My husband, a cyclist, joined in a morning of cycling. The tour was informative. We'll take his cycling gear next time. The resort is very walkable and there are golf carts that will transport those with mobility issues. Can't wait to return next year!

I did not like that you could not make dining reservations until after you got room key. We were there for 5 hours before the room was ready and by that time NO a restaurant reservations before 9:30 pm- This is unacceptable and a huge detriment to a stay

1. Our toilet broke three times. Each time a person would come fix it, it would break again. I had to remind the front desk to send someone after they said they would, and they occasionally did not. 2. The thermostat broke twice. Two nights were too warm as a result. My wife is pregnant and this was not convenient at all. Again, I would have to remind the front desk to send someone after telling me they would. Sometimes, the issue would need to wait until the next day. 3. Bees swarmed the exterior door, stinging me three times when trying to enter the room. I’m very lucky that I am not allergic to bees. Nonetheless, this was incredibly painful. We don’t keep food out, so this was unrelated to what was on the inside of the door. 4. The concierge / front desk staff did not seem interested in making any of this right despite superficial words of sympathy. They initially offered to send a sole bottle of sparkling to the room (FOR MY PREGNANT WIFE), at an all-inclusive where the alcohol is … already paid for. Thanks Atelier! 5. They insisted on only discussed further measures at check out when they knew I’d be in a rush to leave. In the end, their final offer to make it right was to pay for our visit to the spa one morning. This is not enough. The week was stressful due to the constant issues and required chasing / follow ups for both maintenance and information. 6. Per the above, they sent a clear message that client satisfaction is not a priority. I am so disappointed.

Im writing this review as i’m waiting for my ride to pick me up to the airport. As a single male seeking a luxury all inclusive adult only with amazing beach, this place was truly paradise. In fact, this was my 2nd visit followed by 2023. The whole staff was very well mannered and most of the staff knew my name and always had alot of energy and made sure the guest were having great time The room amenities were very well equipped and the room service was top notch. I had a small issue with the room, but it was rectified almost immediately. If i have to say one thing that was not amazing, was the food. I would say it was good which i was happy, but it wasn’t amazing. I stayed 7 nights and 8 days. I highly recommend
