We were placed in the basement and when we got there mold was on the ceiling and there was no working WiFi. In addition, a dehumidifier was running (assuming because of the mold). We booked another place to stay for the night because the front desk was closed. In the morning we went back and explained the situation. The lady said “oh yeah we’ve had problems with this room when it rains” why would we be placed in it then I asked? They had no other room to move us to so I requested a full refund and left.
