Sitio para relajarse completamente de la ciudad. Rodeado de naturaleza. Estilo natural minimalista muy fresco. Servicio excepcional. Solo la habitación abajo del restaurante es un poco ruidosa a la hora del desayuno.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Zimmer. Beim Frühstück kann man in den Bäumen vorm Restaurant viele Vögel beobachten. Die Lage ist super, man ist sehr schnell bei den Ruinen oder im Aluxes Ecoparc.

La atención de Adriana y sus trabajadores ha sido excelente, gracias a su ubicación cuenta con un ambiente tranquilo, sin bullicios y por las noches el cielo despejado es lo más hermoso. 100/100. The property is beautiful!! Quaint and very private. Rooms are decorated with many little details. Beds were so comfortable and the pool was so refreshing. The staff were friendly and swrvice was great, love to return one day.

Although Adriana looked nice and friendly in the beginning of our stay, this turned out to be completely different. The hotel looks very nice, but the location itself is a little bit too far from the amenities of Palenque. If you don’t have your own car, we won’t advise you to stay here (taxis are relatively expensive). Beware of the fact that many things are NOT included within your hotel stay. Never experienced something like this: at check out, breakfast for example, turned out to be just bit of fruit and toast. Everything else is charged (very expensive). At check-out Adriana found some menu behind the bar stating the prices. She was not up for any solution, she just said you knew the menu and you are rich so you can pay. We were forced to pay the huge bill because otherwise she would not call a taxi. We were afraid to miss the bus, so we paid. This is what Mexican corruption felt like, so please BE WARNED!!!

Mala experiencia

El lugar no tiene suficiente capacidad para dejar el vehículo dentro del estacionamiento por lo cual tuve que quedarme afuera sobre la carretera, la atención a la llegada no es buena quien está de encargado no te dice nada de las amenidades ni siquiera pregunta si has estado antes ahí, para ser una habitación que cuesta 1.300 la noche no te proporcionan jabón para cuerpo deberían especificar en su publicidad. Cobran comisión si pagas con tarjeta y si pagas en efectivo te piden el monto exacto porque no tienen cambio.

Stay for a peaceful and relaxing time.

What can I say. It was the perfect stay. Prices are reasonable, food and service top knotch. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have A/C, a must during summer months. Adriana herself greeted me upon arrival and made sure I had a great stay. She even gifted me a trinket she made herself. The pool is refreshing after spending a day trip to the ruins which is just a few minutes away. Definitely would stay again, it's a little slice of heaven tucked away close to everything you need.
