Absolutely wonderful hotel! An amazing space that feels like staying in a rainforest but with all the amenities you could ask for. The restaurant was amazing and the same price as mediocre food in town. Great location close to the tourist sites with a great view of the volcano. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Simply spectacular. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for so many reasons: its location, the excellent value for money, the outstanding quality of the food, and the river, which brings a unique sense of life and energy to the property. We were fortunate enough to enjoy a swim in the river thanks to the perfect weather, and that experience became the highlight of our wonderfully relaxing stay. The photos simply do not do this place justice.

Very clean and quiet resort. It was huge with so many amenities. Our room looked exactly like the pictures. Only thing to note is the property is about a 15 minute walk from the main town with restaurants so be prepared for that if you did not rent a car.

Beautiful hotel, room with kitchen and hot tub was nice. Staff communicated immediately through WhatsApp whenever needed. Best hotel breakfast service we have ever had. Hotel was about a 20 min walk into town or just a few mins to the swinging rope on the Rio Fortuna. Only room for improvement would be some more hooks in the room to hang rain jackets etc… You could stay here and never have to leave the property the entire time.

As many folks have already mentioned, pictures do not do justice to this place. We stayed in a deluxe 2 bed villa and we loved it. Breakfast was very good as well. If hot springs is not a priority for your stay, this should be your go to hotel in La Fortuna area.

We didn’t realize we were booking a stay in the actual rainforest. Our living room is outdoors effectively along with the bathroom, while the bedrooms were contained. A bit of a surprise to us (maybe we didn’t do our research) but we absolutely loved it. The food was great, but the service was absolutely over the top amazing.

Amazing property for family with three active boys/ the waterslide, gym and padel courts were awesome. Breakfast was nice each morning although very slow service so plan on a full hour for breakfast. Lovely grounds and friendly staff. The property was so lush that it felt like we were on a movie set (such as the White Lotus series). The restaurant was excellent, the rooms were quiet and well appointed,and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was a missing screen on one of the sliding doors in our room, but overall a very enjoyable and peaceful stay and we would come again if in the area!

What a fantastic place to stay in La Fortuna! The staff was fantastic day after day, the location was beautiful (particularly the view from our room), and it was well located for venturing out to various excursions. Would love to stay there again!
