Generally the staff were friendly and polite. The room layout was a disappointment for an executive room. The fridge in the room was missing, only an empty fridge cupboard. the full length mirror was covered by one of the two chairs, the other chair was in the alley infront of the bathroom door, and infront of the window. The suitcases area and the clothes/safe cupboard was in the corner with no light in the area, making it difficult to find things especially at night.

This hotel hosts parties and there is no consideration for other guests. There is no sound proofing in rooms and parties were EXTREMELY loud. We did not sleep and when we complained, nothing was done. Would not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with the breakfast chef, the Restaurant manager Mr. Romit, and the front office team member Mr. Rajat at the hotel. The chef's cooking skills were impressive, making the breakfast absolutely delicious. Mr. Katwal's management ensured a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. It was an absolute fun staying here. The rooms are clean, the food is amazing and the staff is exceptionally well behaved.. Didn't had the time to interact much with the hotel staff, but one person that I interacted with was Mr. Rajat, he is the front desk operative and is very polite. Extra 5 stars to him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do interact with him if you get to meet him. Overall a very good experience staying here.

We had a great stay at Ambassador. I wanted my family to have a comfortable stay with great staff response. It is an experience from coming into the hotel, getting greeted and no issues at the reception. The reception guy was so calm and helpful. The breakfast and dining is exceptional. Rooms are so clean.

Awful

The first room we were given was dusty and dirty. The manafer kindly provided us with an alternative room (which looked cleaner) but bathroom stank foul. Then from about 8-12 midnight there was horrendous noise (music, parting, floir shaking)....didbt sleep a wink! The breakfast was awful (masala tea ok) would bever stay here again. Outdated, dirty ...yuk
