Check in/out was great, breakfast was great, room was nice, facility was clean. Only complaint was the bed was HARD. We have stayed here twice before and will stay here again. It is right in the middle of all the places we visit while in Nashville. Hopefully the hard bed was just room 201

The hotel was nice. They had a good selection of breakfast. The room was neat except a few stains on the toilet/bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

I had a great experience. Started right when I landed. Called the shuttle and was there within 10 minutes. Easy check in once there. Free complimentary bottled water in the lobby. Breakfest was typical hotel breakfast (only until 9am on weekday). Room was spacious and clean with good AC which is a must for me. Offers shuttle to the airport, but unfortunately only on the 10 min. mark of the hour (5:10, 6:10, etc) so took a lyft back to airport as the times didnt work well for my flight. Definitely would stay again. Was about 10 min. from everything I did (downtown, airport, Grand Ole Opry).

Poor

Bugs were in the bed and i just asked for clean linen. I didn't clown about the bugs, but they didn't refund my $50 stating that they were missing a pillow. I sat the pillow outside the door my first night there. I also informed them that i had bugs in my room and that i asked only for clean linen. I told them that I also left the pillow outside the door. I informed them that they didn't give me a sheet so that i could receive my refund and that I wasnt a thief. I called them about my money and they said they refunded it back, but I'm only seeing a $50 card purchase on my account. They advised me to check with my bank. I also asked to borrow some scissors for a few minutes. When i returned them, they said that they were about to charge it to my room. Mind you....i only the scissors for about 25 minutes.

Okay but LOUD

Okay other than the noise. Our room was right beside outside door and the door was so loud kept slamming over and over. They need to have a slow release close or soemthing. It was so so loud

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the place was, loved the decor. Loved the walking shower, with great shower head just a little too slick on the floor. I would definitely seek them out in other locations

Great location, clean and comfy for a quick stay. Don’t agree with the 25 a night for incidentals…it should be one flat rate for the whole stay. Other hotels, usually 25 for the whole stay.

Disappointing and very unfriendly

Paper thin walls. You could hear conversations in adjoining room. All staff were very unfriendly, including the manager. Went to breakfast a half hour before it ended. Very few items were replenished. Attendant was rarely seen. Tables and counter were not being wiped down. Limited parking. Cars were parked on side of driveway. Location was great!

The room was cute and comfortable. The front desk staff wasn’t too helpful, they were not there every time we walked by, and it took 2 of them to answer questions every time which was frustrating and took up more time. Guests had went outside after the front doors locked and were not able to get back in since no one was at the front desk to call.
