Croatia Plitvice Hotel Experience

The overall stay was excellent. We were greeted immediatetly and given easy to follow check in and check out instructions. The room was just what we needed and much better then we expected from a cabin type of venue. We would call on them again if we go back to Croatia.

Just book it-you won’t be disappointed!

Owners were very welcoming and attentive during our short stay. The room was clean, well-appointed, and modern for the location. Super convenient if you’re visiting the park/lakes. We had dinner and breakfast here-home cooked with locally grown food-DELISH!

Excellent Accommodation

The room and service is excellent. It was very clean and had everything we could have wanted. It's in a plesant location and you feel like your staying in a little village (which you are). Its near Entrance 3 of the lakes and you can leave your car at the accomodation and walk into the park. You must have a digital ticket though in advance - the owners will explain it to you if you ask. There is food available for dinner and breakfast in a restaurant which is great as there's not much else nearby. Lastly the owners are incredibly helpful and friendly and make it a very enjoyable stay. Totally worth the money.

Quiet setting. Convenient to visit Park

The location is very convenient to visit the National Park and the owners are very nice and attentive. The only negative is that when we arrived we were told they only took cash, something we were not expecting. They offer dinner on site ( which is good as the hotel is in a pretty isolated site) but we found the price a little high. Otherwise really nice stay.

Efficiently run enterprise by this family who is very friendly. The room was spacious enough. Has a fridge. Bed was comfortable. Outside sitting area was was comfortable and nearby fruit trees were a plus. Areas that could improve: the hairdryer was not working; the echo in the staircase was heard when other guests arrived with their suitcases; bedlinen of white color and pure cotton is nowadays standard at 4 stars hotels ;flowers in the dining room should not be plastic; outside gardening could be better, like make the garbage bins not visible, The price of the room was good ; breakfast was an extra 15 E, supper was good and around 30 E ; I would stay again here

Great location for visiting Plitvice National Park

This is a great property when visiting Plitvice National Park. It is very convenient and you can walk to the park because there is an entrance in close proximity to the Villa Mija. The room was quite clean and comfortable. There was enough space for my husband and I and our teen son. It was a nice option to be able to get dinner on site after a long and hot day of hiking in the park. Breakfast is also available but we did not use the option as we had our own breakfast food. We appreciated the convenience of the small refrigerator in the room. The service was good - friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again.

We stayed here as we wanted to go to Plitvic lakes. It’s a bit of a drive to the lakes but worth it. It’s quite isolated and as we were there in spring there were no eateries around. The place itself was very clean and a big room. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
