Excellent location, in a beautiful historic building, very quiet and safe. Close to Underground, Covent Gardens, theatres, church, taxi service, wide range of restaurants, pubs and shops. Staff was very helpful.

Great location and cute room, but looking a bit worn. Chair in the room had tears in the fabric and the bed was quite lumpy and uncomfortable. Pillows were incredibly thin so 2 was not enough. Basically it's fine but could be a lot better if they invested in sprucing up the bedding etc.

An excellent location on the edge of Covent Garden The room was clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay. The portable air conditioning unit was very welcome and ensured we got a decent nights sleep despite the heatwave The only criticism is that the bathroom was a little shabby with a wobbly tap and cracked floor tiles but all in all a very good stay!

Really lovely hotel in a great location! The staff were incredibly friendly, offering to take our bags to the room and helping with any questions. We stayed in room 4, which had fantastic aircon (needed in the heatwave!), a really comfy bed and a lot of room to move around. It was very clean. It's a great location to Covent Garden for any theatre trips, but also not too far from Soho for the great restaurants and bars, and also Holborn Tube Station for trips further away. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if staying in that area.

My husband and myself stayed one night in the hotel to see a show. Hotel was Ideally situated close to tube, theatres restaurants shopping and Covent Garden. I requested a ground floor room which the Manager granted. The room was lovely and quiet and very clean with usual amenities like kettle Good value for money and we’d recommend it

Not what we expected. Hotel room was cramped and worn out. Air conditioning was almost useless and the bed was hard. Property needs major face lift. Some staff was OK but manager seemed disengaged and tired of tourists. Avoid this hotel if you can. Only upside was the location.
