The staff at the hotel were wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize the Korean gentleman manager who assists with luggage — he was excellent and very attentive. During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well. Christmas at Yuzawa Naspa Otani hotel

The hotel is 3 or 4 minutes from the station by hotel’s shuttle bus. And the ski garden is just near to the hotel , so it is so convenient for the skiers. The staff of the hotel and the ski garden are all very nice. The room is wide and clean . The buffet is delicious too.

The room smelt at cigarettes. There was no a la carte available, very expensive buffet or course menu. The buffet was not very tasteful. You have to pay for fitness and swimming pool, abnormal high amount. Price-quality not in line!
