Spacious room and clean. Has everything that you need. If you have big suitcases, I suggest taking the water bus the long way around and stop at S. Tomas. From there it's a short and scenic 7 minutes walk to. I learned the hard way because without water bus you have to climb stairs on the bridges. There are TWO you must pass through to get here, and it's a pain when you have suitcases and heavy bags. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. There are coffee and tea inside the room for free. You can leave luggage in the lobby too after check out.

Really comfortable place to stay, the staff was very friendly and the lady that makes the quick breakfast in the mornings was super nice and sweet, the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Quiet at night as it is located in a less crowded street but close enough to access everything around Venice.

This place is in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean except we did have bit of a musty smell but it was not terrible and we left the window open and it helped. Staff were great and check in was easy. We didn't know that it included a free breakfast because it wasn't mentioned when we booked so we missed it the first day - no problem it's not a game changer. Overall, we really liked this place and would recommend it.

Simple, quiet and very reasonable

Simple, quiet and reasonably priced accommodation. Very nice hotel service and a wonderful, again quiet location. Close to everything, but tucked away nicely. We had just arrived and needed a place to wind down and this place did just that.

The room is average, location is tucked away but in a good spot, but what made the difference was the staff. Local staff member, I believe her name was Laura, offered us breakfast and was super helpful to everyone.

This place was in a great location! Dont make the mistake of taking an expensive water taxi from the airport. You can take a taxi and it’s just a short walk to your hotel. I would stay again!!
