What an enjoyable stay we had! Just wanted to have a nice getaway for our anniversary, and look forward to time away from the to-dos of home and busyness of a life with young kids, and this was just what we needed! Darrin and Keith are so kind, friendly and exceptionally hospitable. The breakfast was out of this world, and the attention to detail was terrific. They listened to everything, were attentive to our needs and also gave us plenty of space. We will definitely be back, and will be telling everyone we know to book here and book DIRECT!

This isn't a run of the mill B&B experience. This is a home and the hosts will bend over backwards to make you feel that way. My mother and I went during the holidays and they welcomed us in with open arms and made us feel like friends we hadn't met yet. They certainly made regulars out of the both of us. Beautiful location. Very clean. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable. Large room. Great attention to detail. If ever in the area again, would not hesitate to stay there.

Great location. The owners, Keith and Darrin, are super hospitable, knowledgeable and courteous. The room where we stayed (Crystal Cove) was quaint and very relaxing. The linens and bed were super comfortable. The layout of the room was spacious and the decor was great. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and the views from around Equinox Inn were warm and relaxing each day. It's quite accessible to New Braunfels and San Marcos for day trips. We certainly recommend this location for a weekend getaway.

A perfect Texas B&B

We usually stay at your usual chain hotels, but for a change, we decided to try out a B&B, the Equinox Inn. It was fantastic! Unlike a chain, a B&B is dependent on the hosts, and Keith and Darrin were wonderful. They really made us feel at home. Their property is charming, even considering that it was freezing and icy that day. In the springtime, it would be even better. If you're in the San Antonio or Austin areas, Equinox is a perfect place to stay, smack dab in the middle of both, with two hosts who can give you great advice about the area. Strongly recommended.
