A very pleasant stay. Very friendly hostess who provided the most fantastic breakfasts and made our stay a real pleasure. Set in a beautiful garden Holly house is very conveniently situated close to the Ashdown Forest for walks and a huge variety of interesting properties to visit. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very pleasant. Our room was comfortable and very private. It even had a small private garden room attached. It is worth mentioning that the room temperature was very acceptable despite the heatwave at the time. The main garden, to which we were given full access was enormous and very beautiful with lots of different “rooms”. We understood from our host that it was an NGS garden and we could clearly see why. Our host was welcoming and provided delicious breakfasts at a time to suit us. The only puzzle was the workings of the rather small tv in our room. This could use an upgrade.

What a wonderful B&B. The welcome, the former farmhouse itself, the comfortable room & the extraordinary variety at breakfast were all impeccable. Seconds from the bus stops to/from Haywards Heath Station with express links to Brighton, LGW and London. Superb & would definitely stay again.

Her place truly felt like staying in a home, very quaint and quiet. Such a beautiful old house filled with history, and make sure you walk through her amazing gardens! Her breakfast was the best I had the entire time I was in England.
