We enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly. Lynette was so helpful when we checked in and gave us plenty of options of things to do in places to eat. Our room was very clean and spacious. The inn was very quaint and well maintained. It was our first time staying at a bed-and-breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I hope we will be able to come back.

This is the perfect place for couples or singles to stay while visiting Bar Harbor. The historic house has been lovingly taken care of and beautifully decorated. need a grab bar in the tub area I am surprised it is not required by law and also a couple of small corner shelves in the bath room, there was no place to put the items we needed after a shower. this would make a big difference for a better stay. breakfast was very good.

My wife and I had a good stay here at the tail end of the season. The only issue I would raise concerns the bed. It was a double so not ideal but the mattress was sagging and made it difficult to sleep well. Other than that it was really good.
