房间很小，早餐很简单，插座很特殊我们自带的转接头不能用，还好前台免费借给了两个。除了离火车站近，实在没有亮点。总体来说性价比不高，比我们之前住的另一个距离不远的酒店差。

Clean but tired looking with unfriendly staff

The hotel was fine. The breakfast was okay and the room was clean. The staff (besides the cleaners and the nice lady who held on to our bags after check in) were not welcoming and I had to argue with one member of staff in order to get our shower drain unclogged. He kept asking why I didn't tell him about the clog earlier (i.e. that morning before I'd actually showered) instead of telling us when it would be fixed. The area it's in isn't great either, a lot of beggars and homeless. Check out time is also very early at 10am.

Cozy room near train station walkable to sights

Room was “cozy” sized. Didn’t have much room besides the bed to open up suitcases. Unit was on the street side on 4th floor and had a nice balcony. Free breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sliced meats/cheese, cereal, yoghurt, croissants, breads, and drinks. Wasn’t much but hit the spot for early outing on the town. Bathroom uses instant mini water heater so you can’t use hot water for too long before it runs out. Drain in the shower had a cover on it that prevented drainage unscrewed it and shower worked fine. Toilet was cramped into corner. Had a mini fridge in the closet but it wouldn’t get cold unless closet door was open to let out heat. AC worked even in April when it was in the 60s Fahrenheit but fan even at mac wasn’t very strong. Took over an hour to get room cool. Within 10 minute walk to the Statue of David and cathedral with Brunelleschi's dome. About a 25 min walk to Santa Croce, Ufizzi Gallery, or Ponte Vecchio. 2 min walk to the train station. Many food selections nearby and a small grocery store a block over.

3 night stay

Had a great 3 night stay for a work trip. Location is great only a few minutes walk from the station. Easy walk to most central attractions and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable but very small, and the shower tiny! Everything functional but small! Double room was a good size for one person but would have been a squeeze for a couple. Breakfast options were limited but everything very tasty and good quality considering it is included in the room price. I would definitely recommend for a short stay for 1 person, any longer or more than 1 person in the room the small size might become annoying.

Confesso que fiquei um pouco assustado quando cheguei, mas depois percebi que se trata de um hotel muito bom pelo que se propõe! Cama confortável, quarto com ar quente, TV, limpo, banheiro com secador, bidê, mas o meu quanto tem uma área de chuveiro muiiito pequeno, mas da pra tomar banho.

Hotel bem localizado porém deixa a desejar

Hotel fica bem localizado, perto da estação de trem . Atendimento da recepção ruim e no final da estadia fomos surpreendidos com um valor de taxa no valor de 21 euros para uma diária e só podia ser pago em espécie. Em Veneza que é uma cidade mais cara foi apenas 8,50. Tivemos que sair às pressas para sacar o dinheiro em um caixa eletrônico. Além disso, o banheiro é muito pequeno na área do box .
