高野大飯店(GOYA HOTEL) 予約したホテルはフーヤホテルです。写真と同じでしたので予約をフロントに伝えると「ここではない」と言われました。忙しい時間帯でしたので相手にされませんでした。気の毒に思ったのか英語のできる女性　スタッフがたいおうしてくれまでぃた。日本で言う又貸しホテルでしたサイトに予約サイトを出しているたのひとがおりてきて部屋に案内してくれ、宿泊できました。 地元では大きホテルで有名なようですがこのようなカラクリでは、事故時の補償や安全性に疑問です。

沒有服務人員可以隨時找的到，因為沒有服務櫃台。溫泉水溫度低，水量少，需花費比較多時間放水。整體感覺，普普通通。不推。

住宿的地方靠近知本溫泉，接待的大哥人很親切，跟高野大飯店是同一棟大樓，停車便利，走路可以到知本街上，買東西吃很方便，有窗戶可以看見外面的山景，房間出來就有溫泉水，整體上我覺得以這個價錢來說很不錯

Interesting

This was the first time I used Hotels.com to book a stay. The rooms were nice, however, the hotel was a little sketchy. The name of the hotel wasn't even the hotel we stayed at. It was under another name and we needed to call the contact person to bring us to "their" part of the hotel. Which was a little odd. But overall the price and stay was quite nice, we enjoyed it, even though the room we asked for was not the correct one. I recommend this hotel to local residents because of its price compared to the hotels near the location. [=
