We went for a romantic getaway. We wanted a seaside town with a very relaxing atmosphere and a convenient hotel and a convenient and safe location. This was perfect. The staff was unbelievable the food and the breakfast was awesome. They were very very personable. Excellent private parking. Easy access to the local shops and the city center on the beach. Excellent walking everything was just perfect.

Very comfortable hotel right off the water, close to the City square. Staff was wonderful, the room clean & comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best we have had on our tour of Italy. We stayed at the beginning of December and loved it, can't imagine how nice it is in the Spring and Summer. Stay here.

My wife and I stayed there for 6 days as we toured the west coast of Sicily. The hotel was very comfortable, had a beautiful view, and a good value for the price. The staff was warm and very accommodating. We reserved the suite, which was vey spacious.

What an amazing hotel. Everything is maintained to a high standard. The staff are brilliant and genuinely go out their way to be helpful and friendly. The hotel and our room exceeded all expectations. The breakfast was amazing and a great way to start your day. The facilities were brilliant ... Lots of room especially around the pool. It was lovely staying in a boutique hotel with only 8 rooms ... It made for a very personable service. We also enjoyed seeing all the artwork throughout the hotel and our room. I can't find a single fault. We will definitely come back.

This property is the perfect property for a stay in Mondello! It is so well appointed with lovely amenities. It is a boutique hotel in the true sense. The rooms included robes and beach towels for convenience. Our room had a lovely balcony view over looking the street and a public parking area where people observe the sunset. We were there during the quieter part of summer so noise was not an issue. The walk to the lidos is about 15 min. The hotel offers rental of e-bikes for the day which was convenient for getting around. There is also a private parking lot for no extra cost which is extremely convenient given the scarcity of parking. Room service was excellent and the breakfast with made to order omlette is perfect! The grounds are so peaceful and well manicured and made for a lovely place to relax. Our junior suite was perfect with a beautiful front balcony and rear terrace with jacuzzi! Perfect Romantic getaway!

The property was modern, bright, elegant and near the town square and beach. What more can I say. The staff is very warm and informative. Anna was on duty during most of our stay and she was so approachable and helpful. Rosalba was also great but we did not over lap with her very much. We would love to stay again.

Would give this hotel more than 5 stars if possible. The property is stunning both indoor and outdoor and very well maintained. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The best part of the property is by far the rooftop and the pool area although the rooms are wonderful as well. I cannot recommend enough!

Booked this hotel from August 10-13. Upon arrival, received a call of a family member being rushed to hospital. Advised front desk that we would not be able to stay for our reservation. Hotel owner, Monica Mirri, was off property and communicating with her staff. Refused to speak to us and refused to accommodate our emergency situation. Refused to refund us our money entirely unless “she sold the room to someone else for the dates”. Offered a voucher which wouldn’t work for us as we are from Canada and were leaving Italy shortly afterwards. Hotel staff refused to give us the copies they made of our passports so after the receptionist, Rosalba, mistakenly dropped the papers - I picked them up. They accused me of taking with force, the owner threatened to call the police on me and use legal action against me because I have the entire occurrence recorded. Expedia has yet to help me achieve my money back for a service I did not use. Monica Mirri is a terrible owner and I would advise anyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. I have video recordings and documentation from the hotel that she would only consider refunding my money if she secured another booking. This is not how hospitality works. I will be pursing further action until I am compensated.
