Great hotel in a great location. Ginza line right outside the door , two 7/11's, coin laundry (you can use your IC card too). Helpful staff, clean rooms. Great base for our first trip to Tokyo. I will definitely start here again. They have all the amenities you need, including pajamas!

The location was perfect for me. The train was super accessible, with the station entrance/exit right in front of the hotel. There were also three 7-Elevens within two blocks, which was really convenient. It was also close to Ginza, so getting around and walking to different spots was easy. The room was small, but as a solo traveller, I didn’t mind at all. I also appreciated the option to place signs on the door if you wanted your room cleaned or just needed fresh towels. The hotel also provided toiletries in the lobby like toothbrushes and combs, and some additional amenities were available upon request, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location of this property. Staff was also very helpful on all levels. They also helped to deliver my luggage to my next location. The in-room massage chair was a bonus as was the Japanese bathtub. Everything was very clean and sustainable. The wifi for connectivity for my laptops was excellent for the business traveler. The plastic cups could be upgraded to a different style and composite material as it was not appealing but doable. All else was very thoughtfully designed and provided.
