This older motel has been completely remodeled. Our room was a lovely white and light blue, very fresh and clean. Shriere at the front desk was very helpful and gave us the night emergency number and told us she was on site.

Our room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was very good. The pool was heated and very well maintained. Very nice and cozy with diverse accommodations available. Clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable modern conveniences such as charging slots for phones. Pool looks nice (we did not use) there were no umbrellas so shade was a problem for us but others seemed to enjoy this feature. Better than average continental breakfast and plenty of coffee in room and at breakfast. Overall nice place and location and would come back.

Even more charming than I imagined, and I’ve driven past this hotel for years. The gentleman who runs it was incredibly kind, the room darling, the decor and details storybook like and breakfast one of the best continental you’ll find, making it a perfect spot to stay while I waited for my ferry the next day. I’m staying again this coming week. It is by far the best hotel in the area.

We had the king Suite which was on the end. It had 2 floors and 3 beds, enough to sleep 6 comfortably though we had 3 adults plus a comfortable patio and parent of toiletries too. We only had one night and wasn't able to swim in the outdoor pool due to weather. Continental breakfast was varied and filling. Only wich we could have stayed longer!

Good budget friendly hotel. Rooms are small but neat. Our room seemed to have a "lean" or a slope toward the bathroom. Continental breakfast was as expected - nice simple selection of muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee but i didn't see the parfaits that were noted on the website. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not get the chance to use the pool. Street signage could have been more prominent and it's a touch tricky getting out of the hotel as there's a signal light pretty close by.

The Glen Cove was a fantastic stopover on my way home from Acadia. I stayed in unit 1 and enjoyed a lovely pond view. I was able to open windows for fresh air, which I love. The room was large, updated and very clean. It felt so homey! The staff was so nice. Though the property is right off Route 1, I felt like I was miles away from it. Location is very convenient to Camden and Rockland. I will definitely recommend the Glen Cove to my Maine visitors and stay here again myself.
