As others have mentioned, Ada is very helpful and all staff are friendly. Excellent location. Comfortable bed. I love older, charming hotels, and I look for places with personality, and the photos posted here by the hotel got me excited, but I was disappointed with our dated room. The lighting was depressing, the floors needed a good deep cleaning and maybe an area rug, and the bathroom was functional, but tired. I think the photos posted here by the hotel are from many years ago. There’s no breakfast, btw, which I knew, but why call it a B&B?

Fantastic location and it was very beautiful in a very old building. The staff was so nice and helpful, I would highly recommend. More of a bed and breakfast than a hotel, but so nice.

Perfect central location in a charming building, centuries old. Room was beautiful and the reception charming. Close to many restaurants and sites within the city. Parking lot was an easy walk, even with our pull along cases. A short drive to Tuscan countryside and wonderful towns. Really enjoyed our stay here.

O quarto é amplo com bom chuveiro. É um prédio muito antigo que combina com a cidade. Achei incrível a experiência. Era muito agradável e em uma ótima localização, para fazer tudo a pé e com opções de restaurantes nas proximidades. São poucas escadas para subir ao quarto e o checkin e checkout foi super fácil. O ponto alto foi o atendimento da Ada, super querida que nos recebeu e deu dicas de Siena com o maior carinho. Recomendo a hospedagem.
