We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! The room was nice, and the pool house had amazing views over the wine lands and mountains.The hosts and staff were accommodating and friendly, and they made such a beautiful and savory breakfast. We could walk to the restaurants and activities in Franschouk, it felt safe also at night.

Such a beautiful place. We could have stayed here for ever. Stunning grounds, lovely accommodation and the manager, Ellen, provided exceptional service. Breakfast was cooked superbly well.

One of the best weekends away at this beautiful spot. The hosts are warm, friendly and helpful! The grounds are truly magnificent, you’ll never want to stay anywhere else !!! The room was so spacious and comfortable and clean- the pool is spectacular! Can’t say a enough good things, except that we will be back :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at La Providence. The staff are truly amazing and made us feel most welcome at all times. The property is ideally situated, being a short walk to the various restaurants and other delights on offer. Our room was spacious and spotless. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone!

Fantastiskt vänlig och fin service av värdpar Gary & Ellen Rose. Grymt fin frukost, fint och välskött poolområde med Lounge att njuta av om du bokat ett rum. Rummets storlek var bra för en längre vistelse. Ange om du inte kan gå i branta trappor. Vårt rum låg på övre våningen. Ligger en bit utanför stan.

This is an amazing property to stay at, the location is perfect a short safe walk in to town, room spacious with everything you need, stunning pool area with amazing views, breakfast was fresh and very good everyday, and I cannot forgot the hosts they are amazing and enriched you stay, happy to help with anything. Had the most amazing stay at La Providence for our honeymoon - Ellen and Gary were incredible hosts, made my wife and I feel perfectly at home and couldn’t have done more to make our stay as special as it was - thank you both! The hotel itself is beautiful, amazing grounds, spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast. Highly highly recommend to anyone and everyone - please go!

Loved the La Providence in all dimensions: location, accommodations, style, welcoming hosts (Gary & Ellen & staff), and amenities (pool, garden, lounge). Our only criticism was that they were fully booked, we would have loved to stay longer!

A lovely property, beautifully maintained and elegantly appointed. Ellen and Gary couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. She went out of her way to good things for us. The breakfast is enormous and delicious and the swimming pool is a dream. It’s a 10 minute walk to the main shopping street in town.

The location and views were fantastic as were the rooms and the hosts. The breakfast was wonderful and eaten next to the infinity pool overlooking the valley and mountains. The room was large and beautifully appointed. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
