The refrigerator didn’t work and the ice machine on the 3rd floor was working had to go to the 1st floor for ice. There was customer that had a dog left In a room that barked from very early in the morning til check out time. We saw the customer and her partner opening the door of the room and she’s said they had to leave the dog while they went to a basketball game. While the door was open where the dog was the dog came out and ran into our room. The hotel can stand to be updated. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.
